会议背景丨 Background
随着国企改革，国家在公务机应用、支线和通航机场等领域允许民间资本加入以及国家对低空的逐渐开放，使我国包括民航和通航在内的整个航空租赁业的快速崛起。
在我国航空租赁市场中，外资公司一直占据垄断地位。上海贸区的成立给航空租赁业带来了前所未有的契机。虽然政策才初露端倪，但从市场表现来看，已经对国内外航空租赁业产生了不小的影响，多个以航空租赁为主业的金融租赁公司落户自贸区。国内航空租赁业期冀借助上海自贸区内的优惠政策扭转这一颓势。
针对以上现状，高登商业将于10月23-24日在上海举办“2014上海国际航空金融租赁大会”，共同就航空租赁在国内航空领域的发展形势、面临的挑战及今后的发展趋势进行深入的探讨与交流，旨在推动中国航空租赁市场的发展，助力中国航空租赁市场"起飞"。
Along with China’s SOE reforms, Chinese government has approved nongovernment capital to be invested into cooperate airplane application，branch lines ,navigation airport and other fields as well gradually opened up the low-attitude flying, which brings the rapid rise of the entire aircraft leasing industry including civil aviation and navigation.
In China’s aircraft leasing market, foreign capitals have been holding a monopoly all the time. Ever since the Shanghai Free Trade Zone has been established, it brings the unprecedented turning point for aircraft leasing industry. Although we are seeing now the first signs of policy, it has already made a great influence on domestic and overseas aircraft leasing industry from the market performance, and more main financial leasing companies have been settled down in Shanghai Free Trade Zone (SFTZ) hoping to turn China’s domestic aircraft leasing industry around via the preferential policy of SFTZ.
Against the above mentioned situation, Golden Commercial will hold “Shanghai International Aircraft Finance & Leasing Summit 2014” in shanghai on 23rd-24th of October to have in-depth discussions and communication on the development, challenges facing as well as future trends of aircraft leasing in domestic and overseas aviation fields aiming to promote the development of China aircraft leasing market and help with the “take off” of China aircraft leasing market.
